Re: 140109?

Yea it was a rather boring update so I didnt bother: Safe string should better prevent buffer overruns. Jan, 2014 --------- -convert to safe string Dec, 2013 --------- -add "album artist" tag field support -Update "adding files" dialog to better count folders without usable files...

Tuniac is the fruits of massive work from Tony Million, with additional work from Blur and several others. I have been here the longest now but Tony is really the reason Tuniac exists.

Re: Awesome Program!

I have no real plans for Tuniac. I love what it does which is be an amazing little player with a highly powerful yet crazy simple to use playlist management. People have asked for a better tag editor, but really things like mp3tag do that perfectly already. People ask for CD ripping, but EAC does th...

Re: x64 version is unusable?

xandry: Tuniac does not support Windows XP x64 and never will. For Windows XP you must be using Windows XP SP3 and run the 32bit version of Tuniac. Tuniac supports Windows Vista/7/8/8.1 32+64bit. Preferably Windows XP SP3 32bit is really not supported but should work. Windows XP x64 came in 3 confus...

Re: Tuniac 130716

Doubles of a bunch of things(eg entire ML) then leading into DB reset is exactly what was the issue in the last build.
The fault happened when you added any more files to the db.

Do you update to things on wasteofcash? Those builds had the issue a bit earlier.

Tuniac 130716

This is a fairly urgent update as your current db is at a very high risk of corruption while running the last build. Corruption will lead to your DB being reset which is a large annoyance for most. You should immediately close Tuniac 130706 and update to 130716. Jul, 2013 (130716) --------- -Fix lib...

Re: Improving streaming in Tuniac

You are correct TuniacHTTPFileIO is not used at the moment, it was added by Tony so plugins could use it. The FLAC decoder was using StandardFileIO which is interchangeable with MemoryFileIO https://sourceforge.net/p/tuniac/code/845/tree/Old/FLAC_Plugin/ I think you would make BASS use BASS_StreamCr...

Re: Tuniac 130706

Flac is not about super compression, it is simple to encode and decode making it suitable for low powered devices. La had horrible compression times and nearly as bad decode requirements. La died because it was to slow. Yes I am the only one still working on tuniac. As said tuniac uses less of bass ...
